I am amazed at how the picture of a cute little elephant calf named "Molly" has wedged its self in my memory since your presentation here in Montana. There is something very dynamic about the use of a picture of a young animal in your presentation. It will be the single most memorable point ("so what")I recall. Now as for that invisible man, after seeing his picture I realize what bothered me about him in the first place.Bill could you possibly talk him into at least wearing a tee shirt and some shorts? Thanks again.

I am really enjoying your Blog. I am fairly new to sales so I am enjoying your tips. When I first started in sales my manager sat me down and explained about the little man on my shoulder but his name for it was "which means" it great for linking features to benefits. Keep the tips coming!

Bill, I have seen you speak several times, most recently at UC's Haas School of Business; great stuff! I get a kick out it everytime that I hear you tell this story. It is great to finally see pictures of Molly and the invisible man! :-) Please keep these sales tips coming, I need 'em and appreciate them. Thanks.
